NASPO ValuePoint’s inclusion of both SCRAM Remote Breath and SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM) makes it even easier for agencies to use options in alcohol monitoring to manage a wider range of alcohol clients. Participating agencies can procure either SCRAM CAM or SCRAM Remote Breath by simply signing a NASPO ValuePoint participant addendum.
