One of our managing partners became an authorized service partner in 2004 and was the first to promote a secure bond married to an anklet. CAM’s managing partners operate businesses with pretrial affiliations dating back to 1971 and were intimately involved in drafting North Carolina laws, requiring offender monitoring equipment to be held to a higher standard. These laws created school violation zones for sex offenders.
