A & A All County Monitoring was formed in June 2009 in response to the needs observed in the overcrowded detention facilities and the practice of incarcerating a number of defendants for non-violent or financially based crimes. Additional opportunities were recognized with the addition of becoming the Authorized SCRAM Systems Provider for our area. A & A All County Monitoring under the leadership of Charles R. Shaw, a recognized leader in the legal community and law enforcement community, started business in Gwinnett County but immediately grew in response to the needs for Electronic Monitoring observed in other counties in Georgia.
Over the last few years A & A All County Monitoring has used best business practices and a dedication to high levels of enrollment case management to set itself apart from other companies in this market. A part of our staff comes from the Law Enforcement Community, thus bringing that valuable experience with them. Our staff is available 24/7 and works closely with many county Superior Courts and Sheriff’s in pursuit of dedication to public safety and fair and equitable treatment of defendants in the pre-trial and post-trail conditions.
