Burleigh County Sheriff Uses SCRAM CAM in 24/7 Sobriety Program

The Burleigh County Sheriff’s Department, located in North Dakota, incorporated SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM) into its 24/7 Sobriety Program several years ago. Individuals charged with, or convicted of, a second or higher drunk driving or alcohol-related offense must undergo alcohol monitoring.
