Here are some basics of what you can expect when using the SCRAM TouchPoint client engagement mobile application.

What is TouchPoint?

As a client, SCRAM TouchPoint helps you stay up-to-date with your supervision requirements. 

  • Communicate via text message with your supervising officer through secure messages
  • Complete required mobile check-ins to verify and/or submit updates on key information to your supervising officer
  • Receive push notifications and reminders on actions to take if you’re also being monitored by a SCRAM Systems electronic monitoring device
  • Send and receive documents and other files with your supervising officer
