Last week BBC Radio aired a special report that featured a mom struggling with alcohol who was sentenced by Family Court to participate in a continuous alcohol monitoring trial program.

Of note in the U.K.’s efforts to increase oversight and management of alcohol-involved crime, the focus of these new programs is not on “catching” and “punishing” violators, but on learning what triggers caused clients to relapse in the first place.

I have just been given an opportunity to work with the scramx Distributer in Western Canada.
B.C. Canada has just lowered the drunk driving % to .05 from, .08

This in itself is having an influence on the drinking then driving population, it seems.
Police records and DUI court records, indicate that incidences of DUI are lower,
since the introduction of this new %.
