At SCRAM Systems, you’ll contribute to helping individuals find joy in sober living, supporting domestic abuse survivors, and enhancing road safety by preventing drunk driving, among other impactful efforts. We’re proud of our results: LifeSafer has prevented over 700,000 vehicle startups with a positive BrAC, and 99.1% of days on SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring are sober days.
I’m currently attending the University of Central Florida and pursuing a master’s degree in public administration. I decided to go back to school because of the company’s tuition reimbursement program. This program has allowed me to pursue higher education and enhance my knowledge without incurring a financial burden. I’m very appreciative of the program because it has helped with both my personal and professional development. Cultivating new skills and continuing my education will make me a better leader and employee within my organization.

I am grateful for SCRAM Systems’ education reimbursement program that has empowered me to gain additional management skills from Harvard Business School’s online Management Essentials certificate program. Harvard’s Management Essentials course took a deep dive into case studies, breaking down the complexities of the four management principles of decision making, implementation, organizational learning, and change management. By utilizing our reimbursement program again this winter, I look forward to continuing the journey by taking Harvard’s Strategic Financial Planning course.
