Texas Monitoring Services (TMS) was started by Cory Lee in 2018. Cory is the owner of Bad Boy Bail Bonds and Rebel Bail Bonds. He started alcohol monitoring in 2013 with Guardian Interlock, installing breathalizers on vehicles to reduce the ability for repetitive intoxicated driving. He has recently shifted to SCRAM Monitoring technology.
Since bail bond services are 24/7, the addition of electronic monitoring makes TMS more available to assist when any needs arise. Most monitoring services are not available on weekends and after-hours, but with Texas Monitoring Services there is less wait time.
TMS offers multiple alcohol monitoring solutions; SCRAM Remote Breath Pro, which is portable and convenient breathalyzer that has photo identification, matching the person taking the test to the enrollment picture. Also, we offer SCRAM CAM alcohol monitoring ankle bracelets which are devices used for 24/7 continuous alcohol monitoring.
Other services offered are GPS monitoring devices, which are ideal for tracking offenders with Emergency Protective Orders that do not allow them around victims or certain locations, and also for high level risk defendants. This is a great addition to a bond company or pretrial services department in order to continually know the whereabouts of a defendant
