Monitoring Center Intervention
Midwest Monitoring provides response to violations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trained professionals at the Midwest Monitoring Center resolve these violations through direct contact with clients. When a violation occurs, the exact timing, method, and content of the communication by the Monitoring Center will be executed in accordance with pre-established and approved agency protocols. Once a Midwest Monitoring operator resolves a violation, the events and actions taken are delivered to the agency via custom agency protocols and also follow up with a formal written report. Along with our several office locations, Midwest has Mobile Field Officers ready to provide services to virtually anywhere that our customers may need. Midwest’s Field Staff can provide services directly to Probation Offices, Jail Facilities, in a client’s home or office, or anywhere else a customer might need. Midwest Field Staff will work with the customer’s needs to provide quick and convenient service.
Orders & Inventory
Midwest Monitoring maintains full inventory and shipping services within our main office located in Burnsville, MN. Within this area we ship, clean, and maintain our equipment so that we are able to provide fast and convenient equipment availability to our customers and staff. Additionally we have developed great relationships with our vendors that allow us to direct ship from their facilities when it will provide better service to our customer’s needs. Midwest Monitoring & Surveillance works with several of the world’s top equipment providers. This gives us the ability to provide our customers with the right equipment or combinations of equipment to fit their needs.
